Terms of Service
Version 0.1 (draft) · Last updated June 25, 2026
Draft — counsel review required
These Terms govern your access to and use of Sunward Visas. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. What this service is — and is not
Sunward Visas provides general, published information and self-help tools to help U.S. citizens organize their own Colombian visa applications: checklists, progress tracking, document organization, templates, and an annotated walkthrough of the official process. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, recommendations of which visa to choose, or representation. See our Disclaimer.
2. No attorney-client relationship
Using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. Nothing on the site is a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney or accredited immigration representative.
3. Your responsibilities
- You enter, review, and are responsible for your own application content.
- You verify all requirements, fees, and deadlines on the official Colombian government portals before acting.
- You provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws.
- You keep your account credentials secure.
4. Purchases and access
Where offered, the product is sold as a one-time purchase of access to the guided journey for a specific visa (a “visa pack”) — there is no subscription. The total price and exactly what is included are shown before payment is collected. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee that any visa will be approved, granted, or processed in any timeframe. Visa decisions are made solely by the Colombian government. Your purchase pays for access to information and tools, not for a visa or any immigration outcome.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to access other users' data, scraping content at scale, reselling access, or circumventing security or payment controls.
7. Intellectual property
The site's content, design, and software are owned by Sunward Visas or its licensors and are provided for your personal use in preparing your own application. The official source materials we link to remain the property of their respective government authorities.
8. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunward Visas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any immigration decision, delay, fee, or loss arising from your use of the site. (Final limitation and liability wording is subject to counsel review.)
9. Changes
We may update the site and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version and date at the top of this page.
10. Governing law
Governing law and venue are to be set by counsel before launch. This service is directed to U.S. citizens applying from the United States.
