What you are buying

A visa pack is a one-time purchase of access to the guided journey for a specific visa — the step-by-step stage guides, the document checklist with saved progress, the annotated sample-form walkthrough, and the current sourced figures. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Your 14-day money-back window

You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. When a refund is granted, it is for the full amount you paid.

Because a visa pack is digital content you can read as soon as you buy it, the window is conditioned on your not having substantially used the pack. If the journey has been substantially completed — for example, most checklist items marked done, every stage and the sample-form walkthrough viewed, or the application marked as submitted — a refund may be declined. In that case we will offer you a one-time swap to a different visa pack instead (see below).

Bought the wrong pack? A free one-time swap

Because the visa finder never recommends a specific visa, it is possible to buy a pack for the wrong one. Within 30 days of your purchase you may swap a pack once, free of charge, for a different visa pack — no refund required.

What happens when a refund is issued

Refunds are processed after a brief review — typically within 2 business days of your email — and the money is returned by your card issuer, usually within 5–10 business days. When a refund is issued, access to the corresponding visa journey is revoked immediately and you return to the free overview. Your saved checklist progress is retained under our normal retention schedule (see the Privacy Policy), not deleted as part of the refund. If you purchase the pack again later, your access is restored.

How to request a refund or swap

Email support@sunwardvisas.com from (or mentioning) the email address you use to sign in. Your request counts as received the moment your email arrives — you'll get an automatic confirmation right away, and the 14-day window is measured against that moment, not against when we reply. A person reviews every request and responds within 2 business days.

No guarantee of outcome

A refund relates only to your access to Sunward Visas's information and tools. We never guarantee a visa outcome, and government fees you pay directly to Colombian authorities (such as the study or issuance fee) are not ours to refund.
